From our coastal roots to coffee perfection
Our coffee journey began decades ago with the founding of our first coffee supply company in our hometown of Buckie in 1989. Every step of the way our mission has been to provide high quality, consistent coffee to customers and businesses in our area. Now with our own local roastery, we carefully source ethically farmed green beans then, using eco-friendly roast methods, create flavourful coffees with sustainability in mind.
We are a family-run, independent roastery right on the coast. Our passion for expertly crafted, deliciously clean coffee drives us to share our speciality roasts far beyond our Moray Firth home.
We source our green beans
only from accredited, ethical farmers and suppliers who share our vision for sustainability. Our roaster is powered entirely by renewable electric energy, and our highly efficient filtration system ensures an exceptionally clean roast. Master Roaster John oversees his team for each small batch, continually testing and tasting for consistency and exploring different beans and methods to perfect our coffee.

Housed in a lovingly restored 150 year old cottage at our premises in Buckie, our roastery embodies our dedication to preserving our coastal environment while crafting exceptional coffee.
It is our wish that you taste our coffees exactly as they are meant to be enjoyed. To that end, we offer a variety of roasts at popular grind levels, from whole bean through to espresso.
